Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PartyShots account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
